“Cheap and cheerful, basic but comfortable as a base..”
Quiet. Good size rooms and facilities including kettle and cups/glasses. Comfortable beds. Decent shower, with plenty of hot water. Rooms very warm and lovely to have the balconies. Staff very friendly and helpful.

“Lovely quiet hotel with a horse theme”
This is a lovely hotel situated down a quiet road with no noise at all to disturb you. Situated at the rear are stables where you can watch horses being exercised. The room was well equipped and spacious and was more than sufficient for our requirements. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant in the evening which was excellent value for money, and breakfast was plentiful and good as you would come to expect. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. All in all we had a very relaxing and pleasant stay, thank you

It was nice and comfy hotel, staff was friendly. They are close to A1, have private parking and 24/7 reception, what we really appreciated. Rooms are clean, Breakfast was okay - each of us could choose.

“Overall it was nice stay, over priced a bit if they don't use the heating but it was ok”
breakfast was very delicious , could not complain about nothing. Very nice friendly people work there, I use to live in the area but never stayed there before but definitely I would recommend this place.
