“It was fine but, personally, I'd probably look to stay elsewhere next time.”

The breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the room was fine -- and nice and quiet.

“The hotel is well placed when we visit our sister who lives in Winter Haven.”

Whilst we were waiting for an Uber in the reception area, the manager arrived, he never said good morning or anything to us, which we thought was very poor, he didn’t even acknowledge us. This is poor people skills particularly in the hotel business. The rest of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Maybe the manager needs to get further training in his people skills.

We have stayed there a number of times and it is looking a little tired now.

When checking in, Christopher was great! Very friendly and welcoming, thoughtful and kind when he realized our daughter wasn't included in the booking. He made me feel like I had come home after a long day at work, and someone had taken care of everything for us.

The tv wasn’t really working the remote wasn’t working the cord in the back kept coming off. There was trash all under the beds and it wasn’t cleaned sheets had stains on them. Other the. That shower was great and beds were okay.

it is quiet place, clean and very simple. They have $9.99 breakfast buffet option, but we didn’t use it. Kids up to 5 y.o. have breakfast for free.
