The photos do not do the property justice. Suite No. 5 was large, well equipped and very quiet and comfortable. The live in caretaker, Irene, was very welcoming and clearly explained how everything functioned.

“Having a caretaker on site was helpful and informative.”
Unit 5 was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. During my stay the outside temperature varied from morning frost to sunny 20 degrees. The inside temperature was consistently comfortable. The location worked well for me with good bus routes.

Excellent place for a short-medium stay. It has absolutely everything you may need, including coffee, all kind of kitchen utensils, hair dryer, laundry in the unit, TV with Netflix, parking in the roar entrance... Bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. Both the host and the house carer were very responsive, kind and absolutely helpful. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

“Wonderful and charm stay in beautiful and friendly Winnipeg”
I absolutely loved my stay in this incredible property! It's a beautifully maintained house built at the beginning of the 20th century, but the renovation has been done to a spectacular standard, making it wonderfully comfortable and luxurious. The interior design is truly classic and authentic. You can literally smell and feel the history in the air, creating a wonderfully elegant and peaceful atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place with such character that doesn't compromise on comfort. Speaking of comfort, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and i was thrilled with the modern conveniences. The Wi-Fi was super speed and worked perfectly for streaming and remote work. The kitchen was superbly equipped—honestly, it had everything: a coffee machine, a large fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and so many other thoughtful items. The bathroom also had full, high-quality amenities. The location is perfect. I was able to walk to multiple groceries and supermarkets within minutes, making self-catering very easy. It was a very safe area day and night. To top it all off, the host was fantastic—very responsive and genuinely helpful whenever i had a question. Highly recommend this property if you're looking for an authentic stay that feels both luxurious and historic. A 5-star experience!

“It was lovely!!”
I had a wonderful stay at unit 6. The place was beautifully furnished and had everything I could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for cooking or baking. Everything was clean comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. It was in walking distance of everything you could possibly need and the neighbourhood is really nice and safe. I felt very much at home and truly appreciated all the little details. I would definitely stay here again!

“Super Host”
The host is super supportive ,he responded to our inquiries very quickly and took actions accordingly. There were tissues and garbage bins every where which I have rarely seen in other places.

“Would definitely book this again.”
The full kitchen made the start of our days very easy. There was lots of space in the hummingbird suite and one of the most comfortable beds. The walkable Wollesley neighborhood was a perfect location with great cafes and close to hwy 1.

“OVERALL, WE LOVED IT”
IT WAS IN A VERY CENTRAL LOCATION. THE CARE TAKER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WE NEED. THE ROOM HAD EVERYTHING WE NEED , FROM UTENSILS TO MACHINES TO LAUNDRY. PERFECT

“Lovely apartment. Definitely recommend”
Lovely, well maintained, close to the city centre and quiet. I enjoyed my stay. Only thing I noticed was some of the items in the kitchen were close to or past their use by date- wasn't a problem for me as I wasn't doing any cooking. But otherwise, I would definitely recommended and wouldn't mind lodging there again.
