“worst stay we have every had at this hotel”
room had cereal on floor by bed, tv channels were terrible , mold along bottom of shower , check in took longer than normal and we had pre checked in, check in man was hard to understand with his language, no mention that hot tub was not working people were in hot tub but no jets working and scum all around top of the tub when we went to check out there was blood drops on the floor to the front entrance i told them and they weren't concerned

One of the unpleasing experience had during my stay specially the housekeeping supervisor walked into my room without any acknowledgement, and did not even bother to apologize for her behaviour. even after complaining- no outcome.

“Convinient location, crappy pool area.”
Rooms were clean, and the staff were very helpful when our car battery died, and they helped us boost it. You also get free transport from and to the airport, so that is great.
