After several prompts and attempts to contact, owners did agree on terms that were promised upon booking. Unfortunately, communication style did not promote confidence. We felt uneasy during the whole process and decided not to stay. Since accommodation did not accept our request for cancelation when differences in booking provided arise and kept our payment, the review is due.

“It’s was a splendid stay.”
The location was strolling distance to where I needed to be around downtown. The cost was moderate & everywhere was very tidy. I had a pleasant week stay. It’s also opposite the NoFrills grocery store, so I got stuffs to cook and eat.

We got a free upgrade to another suite in the city so this review is all about the one we stayed: I would say the place definitely worths every penny and even exceeds what we paid for. With such price, you will have an entire sub-basement with 2 bedrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, a washroom and laundry in a very quiet community! Somewhat like your own home!

I love how private it is and quite the washer and dryer are a bonus for sure and love how big rooms are has a nice size livingroom new appliances with clean washroom.. If it's available tomorrow I'm definitely going to rebook it...

“Stressful experience”
I arrived at the location late in the evening and they had rented the apartment to someone else. I had been driving all day and they said that I did not confirm my stay. Horrible experience and stressful. We were asked for money from a disabled person under the influence as soon as we stopped the car.
