“Cost reflects quality of stay.”
Coffee at $4.90 per cup seems aggressive. There was only decaf in a paper cup provided in the suite

The chef made us breakfast even though he started cleaning up. We got the time wrong. He was wonderful as we still had a long drive ahead. Thank you!!

“Good value”

“Disappointing. We left.”
We have stayed in many Holiday Inns and usually prefer to book Holiday Inn as they are typically consistent, clean and friendly. We were not satisfied at all and very disappointed with our stay. We ended up requesting our money back and left the hotel and changed our New Years Eve plans for the evening.

“Beautiful hotel in need of a little TLC”
The designer for this hotel did an incredible job. You walk in and feel like you're walking into a very sophisticated hotel. The staff were wonderful from the front desk, but most especially the cleaning staff. Our room was beautiful, and we weren't expecting a jacuzzi, so that was a great surprise! :) We had a 2 bedroom suite, and the layout of it was attractive but also logical.
