“Christmas hotel”
Cozy and nice hotel! The staff is friendly, and I loved that they had non-dairy and gluten-free breakfast options. Super convenient location right next to the Williamsburg Visitor Center, plus they give you 20% off daily and multi-day passes

The hotel was much in need of refurbishment. The rooms are tired and old-fashioned. The layout is terrible witha complex access tot he room we were allocated. Breakfast was terrible.

“A really lovely hotel”
Firstly, this wasn't the hotel we stayed in. So this review is for the Williamsburg Lodge Autograph Collection! A lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Really useful shuttle service to the railway station.

The room was impressively spacious and the location couldn’t be better — right next to the visitor centre, which made exploring very easy. Friendly and helpful staff.

“A VERY GOOD STAY”
The room was large, well appointed and bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning unit and fridge were, however, very noisy. Continental breakfast was good. The hotel is next to the Williamsburg Welcome Centre and has parking arrangements. It is necessary to drive to restaurants. Front desk staff were very, very helpful. Our room had very spotty wifi, which improved in the corridor. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

“Great hotel for a family holiday. Great friendly staff and lots to do on the grounds.”
This was our 2nd time to stay at this hotel in as many years. We travelled from Ireland to go to Busch Gardens, and this hotel is the perfect balance with its close proximity to the old colonial town of Williamsburg and just a few minutes drive to Busch Gardens. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you.

It's a very nice hotel, especially if you're going with kids. They have several amenities and a shuttle that takes you to the colonial town.
