“Good place for families to stay on a Williamsburg trip”
We went to Williamsburg for a family trip with a baby. We got two of the king suite rooms, which were a great choice because it meant we had sitting areas to relax and play games as a family. The beds were comfortable and spacious, and the rooms were very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was convenient for getting to the sights around Williamsburg.

I love the staff! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The lobby was clean and well lit. My room was clean and in order. The bathroom was neat and clean, as well as lit nicely. There were no foul odors.

“I am very satisfied with our stay, I can only recommend this hotel to everyone.”
The staff was very accommodating, really friendly, helpful, professional and kind. The hotel was very clean with a nice pool, hottub and exercise room. The room was huge, clean. The bed was very comfortable but a little bit too high. A refrigerator and a microwave served for our comfort. I loved all the full-size Dove products in the bathroom. A car is needed in the area. We enjoyed exploring Williamsburg, Norfolk, Busch Gardens and returning to this hotel each night. This hotel offers a hot breakfast (omelet, sausage etc.). Other options are also available (fruits, juice, cereals, yogurt, jam, toast, bagels, etc.).

“Will not stay at a Holiday again.”
The hot tub has globs of hair in water. Checked out early and was told had to go through people I booked with. The people I booked with said I had to go through hotel.

Breakfast arrangements were very efficient with a good choice. Rooms were well finished and cleanliness very good. We know everyone is short staffed so this property really did well.

“Overall good for what you need”
Location was good, opposite a Seven-11 so good for snacks etc, and also restaurants all along the road. Good overall facilities - easy to check in/out. The rooms are a good size, and comfy beds with good aircon. Theyre a bit old looking and definitely weathered, but good for what you need - a place to sleep, and the fridge and micro come in handy.
