“A pleasant village experience”

The bed was very comfortable, the water pressure was really good too. The village is pretty and quiet. There are water fountains everywhere and it's only a 10 minute bus ride from the Interlaken west train station.

Everything is fine for me.

We always enjoy coming back to this hotel. This was already our third stay and definitely not the last. Every time we arrive, we feel a bit like at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is absolutely delicious. You can truly feel the history of this place, which makes the stay even more special. A wonderful hotel we are always happy to return to. 😊

Our room was on the highest floor, there is no lift😕

Character of the outside. Parking, and the downstairs decor, specifically the downstairs toilets were very smart and modern. Most of the waiting staff were friendly, the ladies waiting were more on the ball than the young lads.

what a fantastic building, and the location....just wow!!!!! the food was very good, both breakfast and evening meals there was plenty of choice. staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. the room was adequate, very clean and well appointed, but as it was 30+c for the duration of our trip (during the day) the lack of A/C was unwelcome, there was a fan in the room, and this did help, but during hot periods, and after been out touring all day, the lack of A/C was an issue.

Beautiful well run hotel , loved the old Swiss style , we had half board , breakfast and dinner was amazing , motorbike friendly , they have a drying room we used for our wet bike clothing , we had to repair 1 bike , they let us use there marque as it was raining

The breakfast spread was good, more of hot food as compared to frozen items. The wooden rooms was warm and comfortable.
