“Comfy with 24hr Reception”
Room was comfy and breakfast was great. Although we thought we had prebooked but had to pay at reception (probably our fault as booking whilst driving). We arrived alter (00:00hrs) and were able to check in easily. As such we did not use any of the facilities so a little expensive for 6 hours sleep and a breakfast but this was not the hotel's fault.

This was our 3rd time at this hotel over 6 years, and Restaurant is GREAT. Still cooking well, serving perfect, all tasty. Staff was also great. We always enjoyed time in the restaurant or café. Check in and check out went smooth. Massage was also great. Nice park next to the hotel. Trains a bit noisy passing straight next to the hotel but did not matter that much. Free parking in the front of the hotel. Free Bathrobe and slippers in the room. Big swimming pool.

The staff were so nice and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained. The room was so spacious and clean, comfy and warm. Pool and spa area was such a nice treat and the breakfast was excellent. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant which was also very tasty. The hotel is within few minutes walking distance from Wilechka center and the salt mines. I highly recommend.

“Lovely stay with family”
Lovely hotel with great spa and breakfast. We enjoyed our stay with the family. The hotel is suitable for children with access to the swimming pool and a special play room. The room was spacious and breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot and cold options. The hotel is conveniently located next to Wieliczka Park station but trains are not a problem when it comes to noise. Walkable and short distance to Wieliczka city centre and salt mine.

“Great place to stay for rest out of main city centre to relax during travel.”
Great pool and spa, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and good coffee, room and bathroom clean and the bed very comfortable. Dark blinds help to keep light out. The food in resturant was good.
