“Beautiful, will come back”
• parking space is opposite the place, but it’s public so if it’s crowded you might not get a spot to park your car • parking is free if you do get a lot • close to convenience stores • very comfortable and beautiful and clean

What did we like......Everything!!!!!!!! The decor was very beachy, excellent colour scheme through out ,nice wall fittings, excellent backyard with table and chairs all day sun, till sun went down. Kitchen had everything, bed very comfy, good storage and what a very well appointed lounge opening on to small front patio. A big bonus was a laundry and property very clean and tidy. Very quiet location and good parking. Nice touch when we arrived, radio was on, great local station. Beach Folly is a 100metre walk to top cafe , main shopping street 4 minute walk and water front bars and cafes and marina 8 minute walk. If looking for a nice cottage to stay in, you can't go past the "Folly". When back in Whitianga, no question were we will be staying********

“Excellent little cottage right in the heart of Whitianga”
The cottage is right in town near the marina, supermarket and restaurants. it is a pretty little gem nestled between some rather odd neighbours (basically there are none) but that just ensures the privacy. Comfortably furnished, well equipped kitchen and many thoughtful extras are provided. Clean and well organised.

“The cutest stay in Whitianga.”
This property was amazing, it was cute, comfortable and prefect for our weekend getaway. It was so close to town so we were able to walk to the cafes.

“Despite the above issue we still really enjoyed Whittianga and its water attractions.”
The accomodation itself was very good interior and exterior with little courtyard. Extra bonus was the washing machine. The bed was a little soft for our liking but that is a personal thing. Sitting area very comfy with choice of sofa and chair.

The location is very central, with an industrial feel on one side though most places quiet or empty. Our side had houses, cafe and church and empty lot. Easy walk to beach and harbour. The house itself was generously and artistically presented.
