“Thankful for this Hotel!!!”

This hotel was able to accomodate our first reservation & then our 2nd with little notice. We were very grateful.The first room we had at the end of the 2nd floor hallway was so quiet, we truly appreciated this. The rooms were clean, beds quite comfortable. The staff were very accomodating towards our needs. We were thankful to have a warm place to stay & a bed. It is wonderful there is a Sushi restaurant attached to this hotel....great food & staff!!!

The room was very big, so it was easy to relax. Hotel and surrounding area is very quiet, couldn't hear other guests and everything was well sealed to outside noise and climate.

“I would pay a 200 deposit for a nice room, there was nothing nice about it. The people weren't nice, the hallways w”

The rooms are dated.. I can handle that if they were clean. There were two homeless:transient at the front door when I got there. After prepaying for my room, I was told they were going to authorise 200 additional dollars. I booked a pet room and they would not take the 30 pet fee from the pre auth. In the morning, they told me that I had not let them know I had a pet. The shower was so short. I'm 5'6 and had to bend over to wash my hair. There was hair on the ceiling of the shower. So much gross soap scum on the walls and the tub.

The location to town was very good. The view from the room was excellent. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Yes, its a bit run down and rustic, but it added to the charm for us and the rooms looked just like pictures.

Creaking floor from other guests kept me awake - very annoying. I was in Room 114. Only one chair, and one small table. Bathroom needs updating. Bedside light not working properly. For C$200 a night, one would expect better.

The location was perfect for us, right downtown with everything in walking distance. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We had one room for three and one for two, and there were no stairs to climb. The beds were prearranged so that everybody had their own bed. The Ice Machine was working. There was a small Fridge and Microwave, and a drip coffee maker in each room. We used it all.
