“The staff were awesome in long travel days, needs to be easier to book with you.”
The staff were awesome. I originally used booking.com to find a pet friendly room. I was trying my hardest to google pet friendly hotels in whitecourt and find the in person contact numbers. I called 2 numbers and both were defunct. When I finally got a hold of front desk staff in whitecourt staff recommended I just call direct next time. It's not easy to call direct and just book with quality inn or any hotel. The hotline sucks. Your staff in person or over the phone locally are under utilized in my opinion.

“Clean and Comfortable”
We stayed at this hotel on the way to and from Edmonton. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff was friendly. We didn't stay for breakfast but it was with the room.

“Excellent stay”
We were actually very happy with Quality Inn. Way better experience than we’ve had at various other hotels. Sheets were so comfy! Breakfast was quiet and yummy. Easy foods for my kids and for my spouse to enjoy too.

“A few inconveniences, but the price was right”
Are the toaster her breakfast did not work the orange juice was watery and the bed was much too soft and worn out. It needs to be replaced as soon as possible to avoid future guests leaving with a bad back staff was exceptionally friendly until we met Rita. The heater has to remain on all night during the winter or the room gets extremely cold.
