“Not somewhere to send your staff.”
What the pictures showed upon booking and reality were not the same. The bathroom was of the poorest quality with holes in the walls and roof. When we queried this, we were told that this was the "Worker Room". I don't understand what the difference is between me and my staff, but I don't agree with my staff receiving a lesser room because they are "workers". The place that is given should match the pictures that are proposed.

“It was was not a good experience at all”
The pictures on the website is not what the room looks like, it advertised a double bed but it was a single bed. The shower was under water and the plumber had to come out, the shower was gross, was moved to another room where there was a permanent resident staying that was not in the weekend and all his things were in the room.

Good Day. The owner called me to instruct me to cancel the booking just after Booking.com online reservation confirmed my booking and payment processed. Reason for that was that she had already promised someone a room, and she also told me to come and collect the money I paid from her guest house. I drove there on the 19th but I was not allowed drive into the yard and had to stop at the gate. The money was given to their helper to give to me outside the gate. That is very much disappointing. “Spacious & comfortable”
Extremely good value for money. Spacious room with balcony in the trees for relaxing and listening to the birds. Very comfortable bed. Everything for a home-from-home stay with crockery and cutlery, coffee making facilities, microwave oven, small fridge and washing up facility. Unfortunately, some maintenance issues were noted which detract from the room.

“Beautiful and scenic trip”
The accommodation was in a good and quiet area. Out of the suburb and you’ll be on the Panorama Route or in a different direction toward Hazyview, on the way for a 30min drive to Numbi Gate to the Kruger National Park. Our host Celia was warm and very hospitable. The room was spacious, well equipped and clean. It was serviced daily. We ordered breakfast on our first morning in and it was delicious and generous portions. It was a wonderful holiday.

“Disappointed”
Not the room as advertised on bookings.com. Room and bathroom facilities not close to the standard as advertised and at a different address. No privacy as the blinds are see through. Old hard faded towels. Dust on night stands. Manual operated gate, need get out of the car late at night to manually unlock and lock the gate.
