Each interaction with the team was a pleasure: friendly, responsive, and supportive. The room had a very modern, new interior. We enjoyed the fireplace and the view (mountain view meant to see the mountains on the other side of the valley). Also the location within the village is very good, close to the ski lifts.

“Great location to the slopes.”
The location was excellent. The facilities were really clean. The staff were friendly. It wasn’t overly busy. The breakfast buffet vouchers were a nice touch. We really appreciated to courtesy car back to the bus as it was snowing.

The staff provided a warm welcome and, as we were staying here for our 30th anniversary, gave us an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite, and complimentary breakfast on the day. Also they provided some good recommendations for walks and eating. Table 19 especially good. Room was excellent and the balcony gave us space to chill overlooking the mountains and village. Location great and not in the thick of the action. It's everything we wished for to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you all at the Westin!
