Nothing. We came and apartment was dirty Mess everywhere so we did not even put our bags down. We called booking.com customer service which was nightmare he didn't help us at all We were forced to pay cancelation fee to get another accommodation. I travel a lot and this Was worse experience ever. As far as I see this Situation owner James Wong owe us $150 in cancelation fees. Another thing about this place is you can't reach the owner even managing company dos not have his phone number.

Good location. Great front of house staff. Great pool and hot tubs.

The location was perfect. Key access was super easy! Staff were friendly, and able to answer questions. The room was decent, clean, and had everything you needed. Bed was very very big and comfy.

We loved our week long stay! Location is incredible, even saw bears just outside the property. The unit was big, clean and very well equipped with all kitchen needs. The staff were very helpful with storing our luggage and helping print some things.

The somewhat hidden cleaning fee of $100 for one night which was basically the price of the rental. On top of that you had to do your own dishes, etc. This unit wasn't managed by the Vacasa.

“The Aspens is a fantastic location - true ski-in / ski-out !!”

Blackcombe is great, so quick to walk across to Whistler village and The Aspens is true ski-in / ski-out. We loved the ski valet too. The apartment is cosy and very relaxing and had everything we needed to cook of an evening. This is the third time we have stayed at The Aspens and will definitely stay again.

“Spacious, yet cozy place to unwind after the day's adventures!”

This is essentially a condo, so there was lots of space! Everything was clean and comfortable. The balcony was lovely (except that the tenant underneath used his balcony to almost continuously smoke pot each night). The bonus Netflix access was unexpected and appreciated! Had it been winter, the fireplace would have been nice and cozy. I was a bit disappointed it wasn't cold enough to use it!

Open air swimming pool, more spacious than a hotel room, good location on Blackcomb Mountain.

I arrived a bit late due to accidents on the road and didn’t realized that the check in was not with the front desk. I didn’t get the door code because my payment didn’t went through in Booking.com, so I didn’t get any access in the first place (a little bit panic). Then I contacted via phone and James the property manager helped me through all of it and made it so easy!! The place is so comfy and huge! And the TV got all the channels! Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime, Disney+, you name it, they have it all! (:
