Close to the Interstate, easy to find, room was OK

Maybe a bigger selection for breakfast

The staff on duty that night was extremely nice. I dont recall her name, but she was on duty when i checked in on 9/21

The associate at the desk was Very friendly. She definitely likes to deal with people, very interactive. All in all it’s Definitely nice to go to a hotel and have someone at the front desk who friendly, courteous and seems that she actually enjoys what she does!!!

Mini muffins and cold cereal for breakfast. The coffee was okay. Lowest price I could find in a pinch, better than the hotel on the other side of the interstate.

The staff was pleasant and very helpful. There is an onsite security guard that is necessary. They do a decent job with very substandard facilities.

SaBreakfast was poor . Not much to start with. Juice machine only worked two of the 5 days we were there.

The room rate was reasonable, and it is close to the highway ramp. Easy to find restaurants.

People in the next rom were talking loudly well past 3:00 am keeping me awake. I asked for a receipt when I checked out, the desk clerk was too busy, I called the motel a couple hours later and they said they were too busy because they were busy with check out, It took three times to get an receipt emailed to me.

Room wasn’t ready till 7:30. I expected the property to be a little less run down. As someone passing by informed me, I was in a “sketchy” part of town.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Room was dirty and when we left in the morning there was somebody sleeping in the hallway. Plus trash bags in the hallway.
