Had a good time resting , and the Girl from the reception , the girl from macedonia, was very helpful ! A cool person! She is trully putting effort and respect , treat her nice , who ever reads this! Or ill kick your ass :)))))

The staff at the reception desk was very friendly.

This isn’t our first time staying at this hotel — we’ve been coming here for the past 3–4 years and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, this time was different. On the first day, our room wasn’t cleaned and the towels weren’t changed in the morning. After we mentioned it, things improved and the following days were mostly fine. However, the toilet was not cleaned properly for almost five days. The ceiling light that had been removed was never replaced, so we had to rely on the light from the hallway. We also asked for an extra pillow, but it was never delivered. In addition, the headboard was torn. Despite these issues, we appreciate the hotel’s convenient location and hope that our feedback will help improve the service for future guests.

Spacious room and well equipped bathroom, super clean, very good breakfast. Take away cups for coffee are a nice touch. Nice, neutral hotel when you're driving through Germany. It has all comforts for a short stay. Quiet location with plenty of parking on the ground level behind the hotel. Mini bar had one cold beer but you can also buy them in the bar opposite reception.
