“Excellent location for the stop and we were overall impressed with the nearby Old Town.”
The room, location and parking were all good, as was the 24/7 offer of free coffee, mineral water and wine. However the restaurant was very disappointing. Only open 6-7.30 and fully booked. The menu did not look teribly exciting either.. We skipped breakfast and had it elsewhere.

Super Location. Easy entry access to the room, either on reception or via the machine. Lady on reception very kind and helpful. Great breakfast. Tasty bread rolls. Excellent value for money. My favourite staying in Wetzlar. Easy access to downtown

“Perfect one night stay for four travelling Australians.”
Centrally located to walk to the old town. Met some lovely elderly travellers at dinner. We had an Italian buffet dinner which was great and the a buffet breakfast before leaving the next day. It was perfect for a one night stopover.

“Basic Hotel but good value.”
Good value for money hotel, easy self-check-in. Quiet and a good nights sleep. I chose a single room, all clean and fine.

When we arrived to the breakfast, we saw that all the tables were reserved with room numbers. We couldn’t find our room number, and we Asked the staff where to sit. She then told us that because we only staid for one night, we had to sit in a joining room. We actually felt us like second class customers, that was humiliating 😡 We have traveled a lot in Germany, and most of the time stained for one night, and this was the first time we have that experience Bent Møller Denmark 🇩🇰

“Pleasant stay in a good hotel.”
Hotel Bürgerhof is a comfortable hotel, with spacious rooms and good beds. Breakfast and dinner are served in the restaurant as a buffet. Not very extensive but sufficient and tasty. Great place to explore Wetzlar and the surrounding area. The staff is friendly and helpful.
