Very bad stay. The room smelled of cigarette and marijuana. The bathroom didn’t even look like it had been cleaned 🤢. The mirrors, TV, everything was dirty and stained. And it was very expensive for not even being clean.

“Decent motel”
The location is a 15-minute walk from Hyannis. There is plenty of parking. Nice staff. The bathtub was ok - not that old.

Although it advertised breakfast , there was no breakfast. The room supplied a small coffee maker. When my spouse requested if there was tea available, he was told no tea!
