“The best place to stay in West Kelowna!”

Beautiful bountiful breakfasts! There was so much we took them away for lunches. And so many lovely touches to celebrate our birthdays. A very quiet place with a beautiful view.

We had such a beautiful two-night stay at Autumn Lane. Before we could even fully take in the breathtaking view as we stepped out of the car, Carmen warmly welcomed us. As she showed us around the property, we were continually amazed by how beautiful everything was. The view was absolutely perfect, and every part of the property, including the room, common areas, and garden, was stunning and impeccably clean. Everywhere we looked felt like something out of a fairytale. Carmen is also an incredibly thoughtful and prepared host. Throughout our stay, before we even had the chance to ask for anything, she had already anticipated our needs and kindly brought everything to us. The places we visited based on her recommendations the next day were also wonderful. Her breakfast and ice cream sundae were beyond simply “delicious.” Both the taste and presentation were absolutely beautiful. We could truly feel how much care, effort, and sincerity she puts into every aspect of the property, the food, and the guest experience. Among all the hosts we have met, Carmen was by far one of the most thoughtful and kindhearted. We have visited Kelowna many times before and stayed at several accommodations, but this stay at Autumn Lane and meeting Carmen made this trip feel especially memorable and happy for us.

We have stayed in a lots of places in Canada, the US and Europe and I don’t think I have ever felt so welcome as I was made to feel by Carmen and Martin, when we arrived at Autumn Lane.  The views from the property are magnificent and the property is immaculately maintained.  The rooms are a really good size and well thought out, and again, immaculate.  The beds are big and comfortable and the views from your room are outstanding. Carmen’s breakfasts are beautiful, both in presentation and taste.  I am someone who rates any stay by the bed, shower and breakfast and these were some of the very best, certainly the best presented. It is the little things that they do that make all the difference, Carmen packed up what we didn’t eat but still wanted, at breakfast, in a bag for lunch.  She also presented us with cookies and water for our journey, when we left. Carman and Martin were friendly and helpful and our stay was very comfortable.  This is one of the best B&B experiences that I have had. Absolutely brilliant, thank you.

This farmhouse is fabulous and the welcome from Carmen was exceptional. Carmen and her husband are both friendly and warm and their service is 5 star. The rooms are super clean, welcoming and comfortable. Very classy ! Fabulous location

We liked everything! From our room, to our breakfast, to the view and the location, this place just has it all. But as regular travellers, we know that nothing really matters if the hospitality and feeling of being home away from home is not there. And that was even the best part of this stay. Carmen and Martin are such welcoming and warm hosts. Don’t look further and book a stay here!

This is an amazing place. Carmen is a very kind and generous host. The property is beautiful, extra clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view. Carmen gave us a fresh and complete breakfast every morning. Since we couldn't finish all she packed them for us to take. She even gave us cookies for our trip back home.

Beautiful location in a beautiful setting and a stunning view. Breakfasts were presented like a piece of art (and were delicious too) and we even had an ice cream sundae on one of nights. Do not miss out on these - take up the offer! Cookies upon arrival and departure. Property and décor was pristine. And I think the fluffiest robes I have ever had. Carmen and Martin provide a warm welcome and ensure that you have everything which you need. Look forward to coming back to BC at some point and would definitely stay again. I cant recommend this place enough!

By far one of the best B&B places we ever stayed in. Carmen and Martin have put a lot of effort and thoughts in this beautiful place to make it as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Very modern and cozy rooms with a lot of small details, good internet and a stunning view over Okanagan valley. The breakfast was a clear highlight. We felt immediately home. Can fully recommend this place!!!
