We got to check in early which was great. Delicious welcome drinks. The ?owner/manager was totally on it, ensured we were well taken care if. Arranged prompt airport shuttle, last minute snorkeling trip. Good ceviche and pizza in restaurant. We didn't have time to check out the pool.

We were only supposed to be there one night, but due to flight cancellations, ended up staying for 4 and the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone was friendly and did their best to help us and other guests that were also stuck on the Island. The location is perfect, on the main strip in West End and directly opposite the water taxi's to West Bay. Plenty of food and nightlife too.

The location was okay - nice beach, close to the water taxi, the bed was comfy.

After a week up in Sunset Villas, I moved down to the Splash Inn for one night after my flight out got pushed back a day. I knew the area at that point and liked how it's walking distance to everything. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Delivered for the night I needed. There's a dock right out front as well and you can organize dives through the hotel.

Breakfast was a big value and was very good! Not your typical free breakfast. Eggs, beans, ham, sausage and much more! Excellent coffee! Eating every morning with a great view was amazing. We would stay at the splash inn again!

The staff is what makes this place great. the rooms are a little dated and basic but have everything you need and I would definitely stay again. It’s in the centre of West End but my room was really quiet and I slept really well during the whole stay. The buffet breakfast was great. Special shout out to Norma, Felipe and Leo. Also did an introduction to diving with Luca and it was great.

The Splash Inn is very good hotel and very well run. We even extended our stay!. All of the staff are well trained and very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, the A/C works well, and the beds are comfortable. The included breakfast buffet is pretty good, too. I'd highly recommend this hotel for any travelers to the West End, not just divers. By the way, I did not use their dive shop so I can't comment on it.

“Very good hotel. Excellent staff!!”

This is a very good hotel, I am very satisfied about my stay at this hotel. Especially the staff working here was very good (both at the hotel as in the restaurant). It does make a big difference when people smile, say "good morning", and try to help you whenever necessary. So, well done everybody! And it is true what they say about the breakfast: Delicious!!
