“They have dogs that attack the customer when you go to the reception and the owner just says “don’t worry they are vacci”

It was good value, close to vendors and stores. I got a good night's sleep and had a refreshing shower in the morning.

“OK for the price in Roatan.”

The location is good, close to the beach and restaurants but not on the main road so relatively quiet in the evening. Rooms are big with high ceiling and there is a hammock in front of the room. Upstairs there were 2 rooms sharing a fridge and microwave, not bad. They take credit cards, with no extra fees, which is quite rare in Roatan. Overall it's like an old tree house, a bit shabby but with nice people running it.

Very good host. Very good location. Basic accommodation and may be too hot for me with the fan. I was trying to sleep outside of the room which would be much nicer with the breeze.

“Best position in roatan”

The best thing is the position, just 30 metres from the main street in west end but in a quiet street anyway so no problems with the noises of the village. Rooms are huge and all is made by wood, very traditional and exotic, I loved that. I guess there are only 3/4 rooms so it’s quite private.

The owner and her son were very pleasant. The room, towels and bedding were clean.

“Central no frills room, lovely owner”

The owner is a very friendly and helpful lady who clearly cares about giving you the best experience. She offered me to change rooms after the apparently more desirable one became free, but I preferred mine. She also seemed genuinely disappointed when I said I needed to leave a day earlier, even though I was still paying for all the nights. She has 3 cute cats who are well behaved and stay well away from the rooms but are not against a little cuddle if on offer. The location is very close to everything!

“Excellent value for money”

Carlos was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host. The property is as pictured - newly refurbished and great value for money. The location is excellent - right by the west end.
