“It as ok, we had to deal with fire alarm going off at discharge, so we had to carry all our luggage,”
The gentleman at checkup was knowledgeable I had paid for 3 rooms prior and went to 3rd party, booking.com, the other lady at front desk wanted my card to check in, I had told her and verified that I had already paid. She needed the other person’s assistance to make sure I wasn’t going to get charged again. I’m curious how much goes to booking.com. That was disappointing
