“I paid double for my accommodation in cash and with Card and the hotel refuse to do a refund on Card”
The Location, rooms and facilities at this hotel is very good. The incompetence of the reception staff is not what I expected from a major hotel chain.

A special thanks and appreciation for the excellent service/problem solving of the Reception/Concierge Team; when we noticed a flatt tire, the team supported my wife in getting the tire fixed for a mere 14USD .......where AVIS just let us down; no spare tire, no emergency inflation kit........and worst of all.......... landing in an extreme lineup.......only formality oriented......and after finally clarifying the situation......... no feedback, response, help......whatsoever……

“Would definitely recommend. It’s what I would hope all my hotel stays would be.”
The breakfast was very good. Lots of options and everything I had was good. I the room was very updated and clean and comfortable. Stayed at a Hilton in St.Louis the night before. This Hyatt was way better. What a hotel should be.
