Overview
The Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort is located 20 metres from the West Bay Beach. It features free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool with waterfall and a coral reef in front. The modern villas have wooden furniture, air conditioning, a seating area and flat-screen cable TV. All villas have balconies with garden and pool views, while kitchens include a stove, fridge and coffee maker. The bathrooms have a shower and free toiletries. Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort have La Palapa restaurant, where breakfast, seafood and salads are available. The guests can also enjoy the swim-up bar. Activities such as horse riding, canoeing, fishing, hiking and diving can be arranged at the Infinity Bay. There is bike rental and the guests can also use the sauna and the gym. This complex is 2 km from the Hanging Bridge at Gumbalimba Park and a 15-minute drove from Juan Manuel Galvez International Airport.

The hotel had everything you could need for a family beach holiday. The apartments were clean and comfortable with great bathrooms. It was fabulous to be right on the beach and also have a large pool.

“Excellent resort - already planning to return.”
All of the staff at the resort were wonderful - so friendly and helpful - front desk, housekeeping, security, activities desk, restaurants and dive shop. The room was well stocked, clean and comfortable, and the information folder provided gave us some useful, tips for enjoying our stay. Front desk had umbrellas available, which we needed a few times. The beach was great - clean, gentle slope into the water, and no rocks or sargassum to worry about. Snorkelling straight off the beach was incredible, very close by, and an amazing array of things to see. We chose the breakfast included option, which was good - buffet format, with a good selection, and so nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the view/weather. So convenient to have the dive shop on site, and the staff were great, experienced and friendly, and made sure we got to see different dive sites each trip.

“Bad!!!!”
My son was hit by a jellyfish on the beach and the wound was so bad that the hotel didn't offer a first aid kit or first aid. My son asked the waiters and the guy at the bar for help and all they could say was that they didn't even have vinegar. I went to reception and in the first aid kit there weren't even any good pills, some of them were expired. On my own, I had to take him to the National Hospital because they didn't offer any support and that's a five-star hotel.

I really enjoyed the breakfast — great variety and delicious. For the price, the quality of the resort was excellent. The service was friendly and efficient, and the pool area was very nice and relaxing. The piña coladas were amazing, and the beach is absolutely beautiful — crystal clear water and great for swimming.
