“My daughter and I would definitely recommend this resort.”
The rooms were clean, the beach was beautiful, the brick oven pizza was delicious. If you enjoy just relaxing on the beach the location was great. If you want more activities to try they have 2 kiosk locations to arrange all sorts of excursions. My daughter got her diving certification during our stay.

Staff were very nice and I needed to print some documents which they did for me at reception despite being very busy which saved me a lot of hassle. Lovely beach! Breakfast was really nice. The room was a good size and very clean.

The staff was great! the location is perfect! the Thirsty Turtle has great vibes, delicious food and reasonable prices. I like their 3 - 6 Happy Hour prices so we ate there the majority of the time. I also like that there are events every night: the Fire show was incredible, the Crab Races were short but fun, Karaoke was enjoyable and the live entertainment was really good. The rooms are spacious, with well-working AC and they were surprisingly quiet. We had room 13 and liked it. The hammocks are a nice touch and we enjoyed seeing the cat around the property.

“HORRIBLE!”
HORRIBLE ABOUT THE STAFF ATTITUDE. IF THEY WIZ THIS SERVICE THIS RESORT WILL NOT CONTINUE FOR LONG TIME . has to improve BTW the girl in reception whose name is April tooooo bad never wanted to solve the problem and her attitude is horrible. shame on her.

The whole place is suitable for us. The staff is amazing. Hector, Ben, Carolina and and Bar staff. The breakfast was always good and the snorkeling is awesome. The front desk and housekeeping were also excellent.

The Dive Resort managed by Marco. I have dove with them for a number of years. The Dive Center staff are always great and fun to Dive with. Full stars for the Dive Shop.

Loved the vibe at banarama, we stayed for two weeks and had an amazing time, all the staff are brilliant , the location on the beach is perfect. We took a snorkeling trip through banarama - booked with Alexis and thourally enjoyed it, our tour guide Oscar was brilliant We also used the on site diving school, Rolando was our instructor and we couldn't recommend him more highly , caring, patient ,knowledgeable and all round great guy, thank you Rolando : ) The breakfast is good and the beach bar is a nice place to hang out

“Very nice stay. We could come again to this place”
Location of the hotel is fantastic. Beautiful beach at West Bay. A minute walk from the room to the beach. There is a very nice bar at the beach "Thirsty turtle" which offers many drinks and meals. The hotel breakfast is served in this restaurant. There are five options to choose. Hotel offers free Wi-Fi which works very good. After our arrival we were accommodated in Villa number 2 which wasn't so great. Room was very tiny. No place to put our things from the luggage. Villa is situated in front of Diving Center which makes a lot of noise every day. They start to work at 7am and make a lot of noise moving tanks and refueling them. That's why we asked reception to offer different villa. After 4 days we moved to villa number 5 which was great. Twice bigger than two and with some distance from Diving Center.
