“Total relax”
The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊

Hotel restaurant (cocoloba)was expensive and the male host pick and chose who he says hello to . Other than that The Pina colada is a must try!! The service in the hotel was very good. The cleaners were pleasant and considerate

“This was our second visit- we travel lots but still best hotel we have ever stayed in.”
So clean, spacious and modern. Excellent facilities and always enough loungers-pool or beach. The customer service was a level above anything we have experienced ANYWHERE- even other Kimptons (and we travel lots for business and pleasure).
