“Outstanding Stay with Superb Hospitality”
The accommodation was exceptional! The hosts Gregory and Bernd are extremely friendly. Gregory's dinner of local specialties was superb, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. The quiet location and beautiful surroundings with a natural park are ideal for relaxation. There's a huge garden, and the spacious apartments are charming and comfortable. Overall, highly recommendable. We will surely stay here again on our next business trip.

“The perfect bed and breakfast with delightful hosts.”
The breakfasts at La Castagnère de Bergory are a feast; from Gregory's homemade preserves, yoghurt, rice pudding and creme caramels, to the locally sourced honey, charcuterie and cheeses, breads and pastries! All delicious! Each of the three bedrooms are beautifully decorated in individual designer wallpapers, with pristine ensuite bathrooms. Our many thanks to Gregory and Berndt for their warm welcome into their gorgeous home and for their delightful company.

Very fine and exceptional breakfast. Overall a great place where You feel good from the first to the last moment. You have a good rest and great sleep. Very comfortable beds, linen, bathroom. When nearby, will be there for sure again. Good job.

This is perhaps the best stay I had in France in the past few years. Everything was perfect and beyond. The house is beautiful, comfortable and the hospitality was beyond our expectations. We will come again for sure.

“A hidden treasure”
The room was beautiful, high quality fixtures and the hosts so friendly and respectful. The breakfast was magnificent. They went out of their way to assist us since we were coming from so far away. We would love to stay again with Gregory & Bernd. They were happy to chat but were also happy to give us our space. They have thought of everything!

“A lovely stay at a beautiful property. Thoroughly recommended.”
Fantastic location and a beautiful property. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the room was spacious and very well finished with a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was provided which was excellent with a huge variety of different foods including bread, pastries, home made preserves and yogurt. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely return. 5*
