“Disappointed”
I was road weary and inadvertently booked the wrong day online. Upon arriving we found out they were fully booked. I tried to cancel the reservation for the following day but was was met with an oh sorry. Here’s customer service you can try to call them…. A text and an email and no response!!! It’s ridiculous I will not book with them ever again
