“Beautiful room near activities - loved it.”

The room is beautiful, clean, and well-appointed, and close to the activities we enjoy, including restaurants, the beach, and hiking. It is quiet and well-managed, and the owners have clearly designed this beautiful B&B with a lot of thought and care, and also care about their guests' experience. Not sure I understand a previous review that complained about the lack of trees (?), but there are a lot of beautiful forests close by for hiking.

Continental breakfast was very good, particularly the fresh croissants! Room was well furnished and very clean. Location was very quiet and close to wineries. Although categorized as unstaffed, the host was there when we arrived and provided a lot of useful information about the facility and the local sights.

Everything was perfect at Villa di Casa. Shawn and Julie are very thoughtful, the room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious, with warm pastries and fresh fruits. The location is ideal for exploring wineries and biking. Everything at Villa di Casa was built and planned to bring a little piece of Italy to PEC. The outdoor of Villa di Casa is so relaxing, with a hot tub to enjoy at the end of day while watching the stars. At arrival we received a warm welcoming with some tips on places to visit. This has to be one of the best places we stayed in.

Very nice room decor and comfortable bed. Crossoints for breakfast were very good, breakfast also included fresh fruit and other pastries. Nice back patio area with hot tub and a fire pit. Would stay again.

Great location, in close proximity to the top wineries. The villa offered great privacy, with the self-checkin service, limited noise and a peaceful scenery. The room was perfect in size, same for the bathroom. The bed and cushions were perfectly comfortable and even better than at the hotels where we stayed! The breakfast with delicious pastries was a cherry on the top! We liked the breakfast concept and didn’t even mind grabbing our food on the corridor in pijamas. Everyone was respecting the privacy! We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the story about the villa!

“Beautiful boutique hotel within easy distance to Wellington”

Lovely appointed room with a comfy bed and a wonderful selection of pastries to go with our morning coffee. Shawn came out to greet us, offered to help with our luggage, and provided a number of options for dinner in the area.

The location is great. Very close to Wellington. The coffee and breakfast snacks were amazing. The hot tub was amazing with a great view, we used it multiple times just to ourselves. This place is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. The check in and check out was the best I’ve experienced. We were sent a code and came and left as we pleased. Zero hassle. Can’t say enough good things about this place. The attention to detail with decorations was very cute and pleasant to be around.

Croissants in the breakfast were good. Rooms were neat and clean. Well organised.

Hosts are really friendy and helpfull. They gave us a map and directions where to go, what to visit and where to eat. They made cozy atmosphere all over the place so it was a nice stay.
