We arrived at the very end of the season but the welcome was very good nevertheless. The room was clean and functional and the bed very comfortable. The location for us was excellent, as we were wanting to wildlife watch and the Motel is literally opposite an Audubon Reserve. Many restaurants nearby were closed or closing for the season but we still managed to find excellent places to eat and everyone we met was friendly.

Room, staff, pool, food and location were great. Would recommend and happily return. Nature reserve opposite worth a visit....though crossing the road a bit hairy.

Great location away from the road and near the bike path. Lovely trees and grass area for games. Room was clean, well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. Exceptional place for breakfast, which is served until noon. Wine/beer available at reception. Staff were exceptionally helpful and thoughtful.

“Decent stay, worth the price if you insist on visiting Cape Cod”

Location is not bad, in the middle of the Cape. The room had good size and there is a nice area outside to play. Very close to the Cape Cod rail trail, which is nice. Easy to park and generally everything was ok.

My sister and I had rooms very close to each other; 21 and 25 so we could coordinate our activities. Cleaning staff arrived regularly every day we were there. I walked to breakfast every morning, while she attended a conference in Orleans. I loved meeting and being served by young people from all over the world, so very polite and friendly.

Perfect for a family. Very clean and the staff is excellent! They make you feel at home! Very close to many beaches. Bedrooms are very large and the place is family friendly.

The motel is located in a good location on the Cape Cod peninsula - everything is easy to reach, whether it's Provincetown or the beautiful and picturesque beaches. Room was spacious and with comfortable beds.

“We wanted a safe and comfy place to stay that would be fun for the kids on our way into town”

Room was ready and already nice and cool/humidity free. That was important since we rolled in later at night with 2 kids. We plopped them in the nice clean bed and went to sleep. I also liked in the morning that our room had two entrances/exits and one of them went to a field where they found a kickball and got to burn some energy in the morning.

Check In was good, staff was helpful and friendly. Room was updated and nicely done. The Harrigan's Cafe was located at the hotel and served a great breakfast. The location right off the Cape Cod Rail bike trail and near the Cape Cod National Seashore beaches was excellent. Also the Wellfleet Drive Inn is close by.
