“Social place for a just above average price”

The social aspect of the hostel is great, but you pay for it, surfcamp is to expensive for a beginner, there were some great teachers, but the teacher I got was not really good. Apart from that the famely dinner was great, but again pretty expensive for just the meal. So if you find connecting, meeting new people easy important and don't mind paying a bit extra for it, then it's a great fit.

One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Staff/volunteers made it for me, they were all so chilled and friendly. Such a great place to be situated for a surf trip and I felt very welcomed straight away - I'll be back 100%. A/C in the rooms was very good as well, alongside all the facilities.

Amazing location right in front of the main beach , offering surf lessons , yoga classes/gym , laundry services and cool activities at the rooftop bar which by the way has an amazing view of all the surf spots and the rest of the town.

“Nice social hostel”

Really nice stay at this hostel. Definitely recommend the 4 bed as it has double beds. Everyone very friendly, I recommend attending the doctors house party they do on Wednesday and Saturday.

“Epic”

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at! The vibe is amazing, with a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. The pool is perfect for chilling after a day of activities. I did a full-day surfing session and it was absolutely fantastic – the instructors are great and the waves are perfect for all levels. The meals are really good and very filling, giving you plenty of energy for your adventures. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to combine surfing, socializing, and great food

What a beautiful place to stay 😍 . The personal was awesome, friendly environment with good vibes. They tried to engage everyone to happy hours, dinner together, surfing if you want and every night organise party somewhere. TAMIKA was the best, she welcomes you always with a smile and full of positive energy✨️. Thanks to her and other volunteers girl everyone feels home . Definitely will come back if I'm in Sri Lanka ❤️

“Perfect place to enjoy Weligama vibes”

Facility is new and still undergoing some construction work (December 2024), so beds and construction are very good and as said new. With beds with blankets and private locker. Very friendly staff and helpful. I can’t review the surfing camp suggested since I didn’t apply to it. But also they organise many events and transportation to the different party in the area. I added more nights since I liked the vibe of the place and Weligama.

Nice areas for socializing and a great pool. They organized events every day like dinners and outside parties and so on. Great hospitality. Even the beds in the dorms were huge!!!!
