Everything about Naomi Beach Resort is exceptional. The staff are friendly, the location (right on the beach) and the pool just off the actual beach… the restaurant meals and variety of food and drinks available… the room was the best you could get - off the page view and size, brilliant bed, pillows, aircon and fan!! It all makes this a honeymoon type of experience! Just brilliant

“Luxury stay that made our trip!”

The decor, ambiance and staff make this hotel perfect and I only wish that we stayed longer than 2 nights! The bedroom was spacious with a separate bathroom and cute balcony with a table and chairs. The swimming pool was lush but there are not enough sunbeds to accommodate all guests so you have to be quick in the morning. There's a space/patio area in front of the restaurant and above it on the first floor but no furniture was set up which was a shame as it almost felt like wasted space. Breakfast was lovely and it was nice to have a menu and to actually choose what you'd like to eat although only one hot drink is included which I think is unfair (you have to pay for a second cup of coffee!)

I found the bed to be very hard and we so we ended up sleeping on to of the doona for extra padding and buying a sarong as a sheet. I did ask if there were any extra doonas as the hotel was not full but I was told no

I recently stayed at Naomi Beach Resort and it was such a memorable experience that I’d happily return. The location is one of the standout features — right on the beach, with stunning ocean views and the kind of relaxed atmosphere you hope for in Sri Lanka. It’s peaceful but still close enough to explore nearby spots, which made it the perfect balance of convenience and escape. The pool area is another highlight. It’s beautifully maintained, with plenty of space to unwind, and feels like a little oasis overlooking the sea. Whether it was a morning swim or a sunset dip, it never felt crowded or rushed. What really made the stay special, though, was the staff — especially in the restaurant. They were incredibly friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about making guests feel comfortable. The food was consistently excellent. Fresh, flavourful, and with a great mix of local Sri Lankan dishes and more familiar options. Breakfasts were a great way to start the day, and dinners by the beach were a real treat. Overall, Naomi Beach Resort offers a laid-back, high-quality experience with a personal touch. If you’re looking for a beachfront stay with great food and warm hospitality, it’s definitely worth considering.

“It was an enjoyable and satisfying vacation”

It’s a very nice boutique hotel. I really liked the rooms. I also liked that it has a rooftop bar. Having a restaurant, especially with sushi and Japanese options, is a big plus. It’s also close to most places.

We really loved our stay at Naomi Beach Resort. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and clean. The view from the rooms to the ocean with the palms is absolutely breathtaking. Also the pool is amazing and the breakfast delicious. But most importantly: the whole team of the staff was so lovely and sweet and made our stay even better. If we‘re back in Sri Lanka we will for sure book this place again. Thank you for everything.

The hotel is generally not bad, moderately clean. Breakfast was not included in the price of accommodation, so we had breakfast in the restaurant attached to the hotel - it was delicious. However, I cannot rate the breakfasts that are served directly at the hotel or ordered to the room.

This is a beautiful hotel of far superior quality to anything else in the area. All aspects of this hotel were lovely i.e. beautiful rooms with stunning views, really nice pool, restaurant and sunset bar. We had an amazing stay and the staff were all helpful and friendly.

The location and near beach are great, very tasty breakfast, clean pool, amazing balcony view and good shower.
