The hotel is located on the border of Basel and is very convenient for exploring both Basel and other Swiss cities. A tram takes you to the city center in just a few minutes. The room has everything you need — it’s clean and spacious, and even small details were thoughtfully provided, like a shoe cleaner and a needle and thread (which I really needed! :) There’s a large supermarket in the shopping center and several dining options with reasonable prices.

The restaurant was the highlight. The food was superb, service was amazing and the staff went the extra mile for my husband's birthday. They were wonderful. Cannot fault a thing.

The location is perfect, a few steps away from France, and the tram stop that takes you into the center of Basel and Central Station.

check-in took at least half an hour, really unclear what they we're doing because we booked in advance

We stayed one night, they forgot to make two beds, the cleaning lady entered the room without knocking at 8 am. This is outrageous.

Very large rooms which were clean and made up each day. Breakfast (€16 per day when booked in advance) was very good. Location a little industrial but a 10 min stroll across the bridge to France and a 2 min walk to the tram stop to Basel.

The location was good, close to shops, parks, transport and on the tri border. Small stove in the room, with some dishes and utensils, also a mini fridge with some drinks and chocolate.

Very good hotel over a shopping center. Great to wander into Basel of into France. The gym qas worth every penny.

We only stayed for a short while since we had to catch the first tram at 4:50am but its location being really close to a tram stop highlights its useful location near where the three countries meet. The room was clean and had what I needed, including many outlets.
