We absolutely loved 😍 our stay at the mount beach villa 77 ! It exeded our expectations! The place is so cosy & comfortable ✨️ & the view is amazing! Kaumalie welcomed us with open arms & an open heart ❤️ Into her beautiful property. We felt right at home there . & her beautiful continuous positive energy was the perfect ending to our amazing sri lanka trip. The space was super clean & in a perfect quiet location right at the beach with beautiful beach restaurants 🌴 the pool & gym with ocean views just topped it off. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience & really good value for money 💰. We will be back & kaumalie will have a special place on my heart forever ❤️ Patty& Kara from Germany/ Australia 🇦🇺

“We loved the apartment with the balcony overlooking the beach.”
The apartment was for us very well located close to the Mount Lavinia hotel and the railway station and shops, also very safe with 24 hour security.

We loved the location so close to the beach and restaurants, also not far from the supermarket. The flat was light, airy , bright and clean , well maintained with lovely balconies in both rooms and sea views. Kaumalie was the best host and was in touch regularly incase we needed help with anything.

“Ocean View From Home”
Wonderful condo on the 7th floor of a higher building. It is well equiped with western high quality things (kitchen, bathroom, dishes etc.) combined with srilankan selected furniture and other things. Two bedrooms (with very comfy beds) and attached bathrooms and two balkonies with breathtaking views over the Indian Ocean and Colombo. Really home away from home. Owners are outstanding friendly and helpful in every case and most times online available. You can enjoy the rooftop pool and only a few steps to a lot of beach restaurants and beach walks. Easy acces to visit Colombo by tuktuk. Highly recommended to everybody who wants a relaxing stay near the City

“Amazing home like apartment”
This is a whole two bedroom apartment, both rooms have separate bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are fully equipped, and you will definitely feel there like a home. Two separate A/C units and ceiling fans will help you in hot days. View is amazing, and the location of this apparent is very close to the beach where you can find many restaurants and bars. This apparent is in a big apparent building, you will get an access key to the roof top swimming pool, which is shared for the whole building. The apartment unit itself is very clean and well equipped. There is nothing to complain about.
