The view from the apartment was beautiful. The rooftop group area was also stunning. The pool was beautiful clean and really big.

We had access to cooking and washing facilities and a beautiful beach with np tourists

I loved my stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to do a late check-out. The views from the apartment were breathtaking, and the building facilities were fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the stunning sunsets, and the security staff were also very friendly and helpful. Additionally, there's a charming local family restaurant just a short 5-10 minute walk away, which added to the convenience.

The apartment was beyond our expectations. The views are great and the apartment was new with new furniture and fittings. The host Nalin, is amazing and was always responsive and ensured that everything was ready by the time we landed. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The house has a large swimming pool, on the 13th floor there is a large area for relaxation and watching sunsets and sunrises. There is also an air-conditioned gym and billiards. The house is guarded on all sides by cameras and security personnel. Near the building, there are several good restaurants, an ATM. In Sri Lanka, you can use the Pickme app (similar to Uber) and call a taxi or tuk tuk. You can go to a supermarket 5 km away in SPAR, they have everything you need and alcoholic beverages. 2. layout of the apartment: The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with shower, toilet, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. There is also a living room combined with a kitchen, with 2 sofas and a corner balcony with a beautiful view. The apartment has everything you need, smart TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, electric hob, air conditioners in every room, boilers in every room, washing machine, and iron. 3. The owner of the apartment is in touch 24/7. If you have any questions , he always helps. His name is Nalin, a very responsible and decent person. 4. For whom the Apartment: the apartment is suitable for those who do not need parties and loud music, a quiet and pleasant place.
