The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clutter-free. The lobby, the breakfast area, and the rooms are very well designed. The renovation from what the hotel used to be to what is now was money well spent!

Breakfast was okay. Pancake machine had some issues and the staff took a long time to remedy, but eventually was resolved. Bed was comfortable and the gal that checked us in was more than pleasant and helpful! This morning, we checked out and once in the parking garage, realized the parking ticket was thrown away in our room. The lady at the front desk went up to our room to grab it and bring it back to the lobby for me.

To cold all over in the Hotel. I think it is very critical to spend so much energy cooling down in the reception, break fast room etz. It is summer, we have summer clothes on - so we were freezing. SUCH A VASTE - MISSUNDERSTOOD GOODNESS.
