The penthouse was very spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was great. I loved the artwork in the house. I also liked the location, we had access to two beaches- walking distance. The supermarket, shops, restaurants and pharmacy was right around the corner. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the pool was great, we had to our ourselves for most time. The kitchen was well equipped. The owners and staff were very helpful. I really appreciate the constant communication (from booking-arrival- checking out). Maggie was especially helpful in providing contacts of local operators that we got to use to book activities around watamu and malindi. We had a great experience and enjoyed our time there.

NEXT TO THE BEACH QUITENESS SWIMMING POOL AND A VERY GOOD LADY STAFF MAGGY WHO TREATED US SO WELL AND MADE US FEEL AT HOME

Place was beautiful, and very good location. Unfortunately we all got very sick with A- virus or covid (unrelated to the place, one of us got sick on the way). Luckily we were well taken care by very kind staff and host. I felt reliefed we were not in a hotel, as we were sick as dogs, and got nutritious chicken soup and ginger drinks made by the staff, that helped us to recover.

“Blue Bay Cove apartments, great stay!!”

The apartment has a/c and fans in all the bedrooms. The location is excellent, right near a little cove and easy walks to two beautiful white sandy beaches on either side. The view of the ocean is amazing, and we even got to see dolphins coming by. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The kitchen is so well stocked that there is nothing you can't find for cooking up a great meal. The decor is tasteful and well maintained. The beds are comfortable, and the linens are clean and fresh. The towels provided for the bathroom are lovely and big, very clean again. Maggie, the housekeeper, is brilliant and can help with lots of things from shopping to helping find local excursions. The pool is nice and big. Lots of sunbeds around the pool. This is our second time here, and we felt like it was a home from home. We will definitely be back again.

Very good value for the money. Spaceiouse apartment comfortable for six people. Internet and TV worked well, Aircon in the sleeping rooms. Good location. Well equiped kitchen.

The location of the house was fantastic. It was windy and we kept on seeing the waves splashing on the rocks and the sound was really soothing. The view of the ocean from the balconies was very relaxing. Maggie was a great host, responding to all our requests. We had a great chef, Musa. My family doesn't usually like Swahili cuisine but this time they really enjoyed it. The staff were really helpful, letting us know where we could get some things or hooking us up with people who can help. Deborah was considerate and kept on checking in to make sure we were ok. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I had a great stay at the facility. It has a marvellous view of the ocean, the scenery is breathtaking, staff are courteous, and the facility is well kept.

Wonderful and spacious apartment in a small complex with a pool and access to beaches. Very pleasant outside spaces with comfortable seating. It felt very safe. The housekeeping support provided by Maggie each day was wonderful - she could not have been more helpful, e.g. purchasing and preparing fruit for us. The bedrooms have aircon which was really useful given the 30+ degrees heat and humidity at night. The pool was very welcome too. If you need a hairdryer, you should bring one. You should also bring a shaver adapter if you need one for the sockets, as there are no shaver plugs in the bathrooms.

Extremely spacious place, clean rooms, mosquito nets, beautiful view from the balconies, helpful staff, location right on the ocean!

The hosts were communicating with us even before we left our home. They were very helpful in setting us up with the taxis and they also linked us up to the best activities at a very reasonable price. Thank you Jane for taking care of us during our stay there. The house is a stone throw away from the beach and its a walking distance to the markets.
