Poor customer service. An employee told us untruths on the phone. There was no response to written inquiries sent by Booking and by us to the accommodation. The only thing that happened quickly was the charge to our credit card without any service in return... Sad.

We were very happy with the room cleanliness and comfort of bed. shower area was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was very good tasting and had amply choices. it was also kept filled with fresh food.

We missed breakfast because it was over at 9. It would be nice if it was open till 10. And they recharged my bank account again for the extra 100 fee instead of giving it back to us. So now your hotel owes me 200 dollars

“Fine for one night stay”
Location is perfects for car travelers. The bed was big and comfy. Anyway, this is the best value for the price in the area. The area, btw is great - a lot of places to eat and shop

“Nice staff, but don't expect a 3-star experience.”
The staff members were courteous. The location was convenient. The bathroom is spacious, with lots of counter space and a roomy shower with an adjustable nozzle. The bed was comfortable. When the elevator broke during our stay, they had it fixed later that same day.
