We had to cancel a reservation we made on the same day just a few hours later due to an urgent and unavoidable situation. Despite the fact that they clearly suffered no loss, they refused to refund anything and simply kept the money. This place has zero empathy, zero professionalism, and absolutely no respect for customers. They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all — only about taking payment and keeping it no matter what. Completely unacceptable behavior. Avoid this business at all costs.

This place is really worth to stay, every was clean, quite environment, warm rooms with all accommodation. First few seconds of self check-in was little confusing but front desk employee guided me in the best way to make it easy. 5 minutes away from airport and super recommended.

I loved the jaccuzzi and access to different amenities! There was no problem to book a slot for sauna. Wish I had more time there, I'd definitely give billard a go too.

Nice apartment in Warsaw, totally good for 2 people, with a nice yacuzi, in a nice district, especially if you are by car, close to the centre, for a nice price. Instructions for the self check in were very easy. Really recommended
