Seems like the hotel is trying to spare on toilet paper which is shameful. Price quite high (same as 4 star Radisson next to Campanile) and they never answer phone calls. Communication through messages is fast but they dont always seem to understand the problem. Air conditioning seems to be either broken or very difficult to operate. Otherwise fine. Very clean and quite.

Amazing hotel with wonderful breakfast with a lot of meat, sausages and veggies. Rooms are extra clean. Staff is friendly.

The window in my room was blocked by default, and even upon request, the hotel staff were unable to open it. Guests should be informed about such “details” before check-in. No slippers were provided upon request; they were only available as a paid option. Poor breakfast variety. Broken shower head.

“everything was bad…”
when i booked the hotel there was said that breakfast AND parking comes also. Also when booking it they gave me an optional arrival check in so i selected when i come. They say that they may not have clean rooms by that time but that was not a problem. When we arrived they said the check in is at 14:00h (Why are you giving me options to select my own check ins then ?), when asked about breakfast they tell me you would need yo pay additional money (not said in booking), parking also you need to pay extra even though PARKING IS SAID TO BE IN THE PRICE. in short words, bad stay and we do not recommend this hotel

“Great place”
The room was nice and clean, the floor had a clean drinking water tap, and the location was great. The staff was friendly as well - very good value for the price. Would definitely stay again.
