Very stylish and comfortable. Pleasant location. The guy at the reception, David, was very professional and nice. He gave us lot of useful recommendations and told interesting histories. Bravo!

“Pleasant stay with a few areas to improve”
Our stay at Barceló Warsaw had both positive aspects and a few areas that could be improved. On the positive side, the hotel benefits from a very good location and the cleanliness throughout the property was consistently high, which I greatly appreciated. That said, there were some details that affected the overall experience. Upon arrival, amenities were prepared for one person only, and they were not replenished during the stay. Similarly, towels were not replaced over the course of three nights. Bottled water was provided only on the first day and was not refilled afterwards, which would be a welcome addition for a hotel of this category. In addition, the overall interaction with staff could have been warmer and more welcoming, which would have enhanced the guest experience.
