Overall, the hotel itself is clean, and I have no complaints in that regard. Unfortunately, the service on Friday evening, April 24, was very disappointing. The young woman working at reception at the time was not very polite, unfriendly, did not smile, and gave the impression of being completely uninterested in showing even basic kindness to a guest. This creates a very negative first impression. Another major issue concerns the shower. The water changed temperature every few seconds, going from very hot to cold, which made showering genuinely uncomfortable. In addition, the shower head was fixed very low, roughly at stomach height, making it almost impossible to use normally. It had to be held by hand the entire time, otherwise the water mostly sprayed the lower part of the body. It is a shame, because the cleanliness of the hotel is acceptable. However, between the unfriendly service and a shower that is difficult to use properly, the overall experience remains disappointing. In a hotel, these are basic elements of comfort.

Clean and comfortable, public transportation it’s across the street so very close, the trip from the hotel to the airport was about 15 minutes with the buss
