“Clean and Comfortable Stay.”

The place was very clean and well-maintained, located in a quiet and convenient neighbourhood. One ensuite and a bunk bedroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom upstairs. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch.

We did not stay in the Alpine Meadows as it was cancelled on us. But we were given an upgrade for an apartment in the Dungarvon Apartments. This apartment was amazing for the my family of 6 with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and plenty of room for relaxing after a full day of exploring beautiful Wanaka. Would recommend to stay at these apartments. I got to see the famous Wanaka tree in Lake Wanaka, we visited Puzzle World and the Wanaka Lavender farm.

Actually this review is for Dungarvon apartment which was a replacement because Alpine was not available during to system booking error. The property coordinator did a good job to inform early and made this arrangement. Dungarvon looks new and clean and comfortable. I like there are attached bathrooms in all the bedrooms. The location is also very near to the restaurants and shops.

We were given a free upgrade and its really a wonderful place with hot tub and bbq place. Fit for a huge group family of us. Super clean, nice place. Wonderful communication with the property management too!

“Lovely family stay in a quiet location”

Good size. Quiet neighbourhood. Clean. Well stocked with cutlery and crockery. Underfloor heating in bathroom much appreciated. The toys and board games supplied was a nice surprise.

House was per pictures. Relatively clean (Toilets, bedroom and kitchen was clean) except the washing area (where the washing machine / dryer was located). Full fledge kitchen provided - knives, stainless steel pots, dishwasher which made it easy to make simple meals and eat around the big dining table provided. Love that there was a big bath tub in the toilet upstairs.

The property is new and really well appointed. We loved that it was on the outskirts of town which made it really easy to get to the airfield each day but it was still very easy to get down into the centre of town. The beds were really comfy.

New, clean, spacious, there were games in the cupboard, everything was fantastic. Only the slight distance from town centre: walking there would be at least 30-40 min (10 min by car).

Great property, plenty of space for our family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and crockery. Beds were comfy. Overall a great place to stay and only 5mins drive into town.

We liked everything about this property. It was warm with 2 heat pumps and the fireplace, and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. It was great having two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs as the teenagers hung out up there and we pretty much had the downstairs to ourselves. Great facilities , and very comfy. Not a biggie, but could do with a few more serving dishes/bowls (and big tongs) and a whizzy think like a blender or electric hand beater, given it can cater for big groups.

Modern decor, great size home and lots of beds. Everything we needed.
