We couldn’t even stay at the hotel because our confirmed reservation was cancelled by mistake. The hotel wrote to us that they were waiting for us, and our booking was still active on Booking.com — but when we arrived after a nine-hour drive with a tired 5-year-old, we were told there were no rooms.

“my experience with Hampton was excellent!”
The breakfast was good Breakfast. I love breakfast so to be able to get breakfast was important. The rooms and the hotel was very clean from the entrance to the kitchen to the rooms. I love the Hampton.

“Worst experience ever”
Everything was good until one of the staff who was on night shift called Dylan accused us of being disruptive without any evidence. He accused us of playing loud music in the room yet no music was being played. We asked our neighbours if they heard any noise coming out of my room, and they said they didn't hear anything. Worst of all, is they are still taking money off my account despite sleeping there for only one night .

“Loved our stay, location, cleanliness and decor”
The staff members were very friendly and went out of their way to assist. Especially Anne ( evening) front desk clerk. When I complained about noise, they took care of it. The breakfast was decent. The rooms were spotless, so clean.
