It is hard to understand why this hotel gets so many negative feedbacks. My experience was a totally different one: Check-in was prompt, smooth and efficient. There was no strange food or other smell anywhere in the building. The room was large and clean, towels, shampoo, toilet paper etc were provided and everything was fully functional. As some reviews mentioned that there wasn’t any cooking equipment, cutlery, glasses, plates in the kitchen: this is correct BUT there is a clear note onnthe table that such SANITISED items will be delivered to the room upon contacting reception, s solution I favour rather than using half cleaned items left from a previous guest. The area is quiet as it is an area where many hotels are located but still Boston city and airport are only a 30 min drive away. From the hotel there are also walking paths through Prospect Hill Park with fine views over Boston skyline and bay. Restaurants in walking distance and large food market 5 min drive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The staff was very welcoming. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of parking, and it was close to the highway. It was a 30 minute drive to Boston.

I liked everything and the facilities were excellent.

I MADE A RESERVATION FOR SEVERAL DAYS. I paid a few days too much to pay more up front. I asked if I could pay the fee if I checked in early. The manager was super rude and called the police. I felt helpless. I went to another hotel next door and she said she wouldn't put me up there either. They treat me like a dog. What a dyke manager. She's a dangerous person to society. I've never even seen her. She canceled the reservation right away. She's crazy. Run away from this crazy woman. The hotel needs to review this. I was treated very well in Orlando. The people in Brazil are very kind and very polite. This dyke has hatred inside her. Booking should remove this hotel from its website please. I was treated badly. I lost money from the reservation because it had already been deducted from my card. And I was walking around with my suitcase looking for another place. This manager should be arrested. Read the stories about her. Really!
