Nothing like the photos, dirty and grimy, felt like it was a horror show. Nothing to use in the kitchen has to ask for a kettle and got given a pot, asked for bed change and got told to do myself. I mopped the floor and cleaned up myself. Shady people, didnt leave my room after dark

The building looks nice from the outside but when you step inside another reality slaps you in the face: there is a bit of a stink in the hallways, two of the three ladies who work in the front office are unfriendly and impossible to understand but then there was Antoinette who just saved the show for us. Genuine and friendly, she raised my score for this apt hotel by at least 2 points! When I left a few clothes behind after checkout and called the next day at least 10 times to see if anyone had found them, the other two reception ladies just didn't want to give me the time of the day with crazy excuses. Finally I got through to Antoinette (who is more of a manager I understand) and she solved the problem (i.e found our stuff) in 5 minutes. She also gave shopping and dining tips without any asking. Otherwise, the room is what you pay for. The AC, showers and Wi-Fi works fine, the kitchen has nothing in it but if you ask you can borrow utensils/plates etc and the room/apt is a decent size BUT

The staff were great. Very helpful and friendly :) The location was excellent and I enjoyed the cosy setup of the room.

This is the most horrible place, I, my Dad and Mum have ever stayed. The moment you enter the hotel there is a serious stench. We had guests who came to visit us while we were there, and our guests refused to sit down because they complained about how the whole hotel smelled from the moment they got in. While we were there many people who booked the place walked away and left because they couldn’t stand how dirty the place was. When we complained to the staff and managers, they asked us to leave if we did not like the place. The hotel has a gym with 3 gym equipment, yet two of the 3 equipment were never in working orderr. They also never cleaned the room for once for all the time we were there. We contacted booking.com to move us elsewhere but they didn’t do anything. Both I and my mother suffered from serious allergies from living in that property. As a result of my experience in this particular Extended Stay America, I will never stay at any other Extended Stay again.

At my check-in time, the hotel rejected customers because of the failure of their software system. The hotel did not offer help resolve this. They expected yourself to resolve this through your own booking platform. I wasted 2 hours before I checked in another hotel.

For the cost it's okay to stay just for sleep

They must check the electronics before sending the guest to the room. Plus, they must mention that, in the breakfast, they will only provide muffins and coffee. Must have someone to collect the garbage from the room.
