The woman in reception said that the payment to hotel from Bookings,com for the one of two rooms didn’t go through (both our payments to Bookings.com had come through) and put us to sort out ourselves. Waited over hour on phone late at night without help from reception. Finally she called someone and told us that actually the payment went through she just didn’t see it in the first place …
