We booked an executive room, but upon arrival we were told it was a “mistake” and were refused that room category. Instead, we were given a cheaper room, yet we were still charged the executive rate. This is unacceptable: the issue was not our fault (it was either Booking.com’s or the hotel’s error), but we were the ones who suffered the consequences. We are very dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you expect fair handling of reservations and getting what you paid for.

Loved the safety factor, everyone was so kind, caring and friendly! The breakfast was amazing! The scrambled eggs were the best I’ve ever had! The pool was open and fun!

The location is great, staff is very friendly. There is a normal hot breakfast, and coffee all day. Bed was comfortable.

The lady on day shift was very friendly. I asked the night shift for a small tube of toothpaste. I was informed I could purchase some . This is a little outrageous. I know it was a football weekend and prices are crazy but I paid more than I did for a five Star in New Orleans! There was mold on the shower curtain the shampoo was enough for one person and the rooms were very dark.

The staff was amazing, they helped us with everything we needed! Clean rooms, great Wifi, would definitely stay there again!

High touch surfaces were clean but others were not like mustard(?) splash on lamp, toothpaste on bathroom sink cabinet face. Bathroom only has one towel hook. Iron had burnt stuff on it and couldn’t be used.

it has everything you really need, nice and clean room and facilities. I went walking for a dinner next to the hotel when a storm caugh me in the middle, i came back to hotel soo wet, but when Mrs. receptionist saw me in the camera, she run to bring me towels. that was very nice of her!

Marjorie. Apologies if the name is spelled incorrectly but I believe her name was Marjorie, the front desk person. She was the most friendly, welcoming and most helpful person I have ever experienced anywhere I have stayed. After such a long drive it makes a difference to arrive somewhere nice and feeler welcomed. Hotel was comfortable and clean and good location.

Clean, comfy and they take pets without extra fee. The staff checking us in was very friendly and helpful!
